First of Spain

National Wildlife Philatelics is pleased to announce the release of Spain's inaugural duck stamp, the first of
its kind in Mediterranean Europe. Effective February 20, 1996, all licensed and federated hunters in
Spain will use this First of Spain Ecostamp to validate their licenses.
